Taylor Popoola
Frankie Blair is an accomplished Actress, Writer, and Producer, and the visionary Founder of Whitney St. Productions. Her creative work spans film, television, and comedy, producing multiple independent films and serving as Executive Producer of the faith-based feature Jacob: Broken by God. In Los Angeles, Frankie honed her producing roots at The Comedy Union Comedy Club, where she created and produced weekly stand-up comedy shows spotlighting rising comedic talent.
Most recently, she produced and self-funded the stand-up comedy special series Laugh Riot, featuring a dynamic lineup of comedians and live audience performances, currently in post-production. Frankie continues to expand her impact through both scripted and unscripted television projects, including collaborations with Color Farm Media.
Driven by purpose and passion, Frankie’s mission is to create bold, entertaining, and meaningful projects that amplify underrepresented voices and spotlight undiscovered talent, bringing authenticity, laughter, and empowerment to the screen.n.

Taylor Popoola is an Actress, emerging Writer, and Creator, whose work spans film, television, theater, and commercials. Her work has been seen in Black-ish on ABC and one of Amazon Prime’s most-watched films of 2020, Monsters of Man. She recently wrapped production on Black Terror, a Waco Theater Center film, executive produced by Richard Lawson and Tina Knowles-Lawson.
Taylor’s desire to create change has led her to write and produce dramatic, scripted content to provide opportunities for people of color.
